No longer reliable

This used to be my go to choice for calling family in England from America. However very often calls will not connect even though my phone is showing as online connected to Wi-Fi, and calls to support are not picked up. I even purchased more credits in case that was the problem and now appear to have no way of getting that money back before I delete this annoying, frustrating app.
